TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders placed on the website vip.la-machine.fr (hereinafter "the Site").These T&C govern the contractual relations between:
- The seller: Multiplié, SAS with capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the RCS of Sens under number 902 831 874, whose registered office is located at 33, rue de Valprofonde, 89500 Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, France (hereinafter "the Seller")
- And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Site (hereinafter "the Customer")
Article 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Customer declares having read these T&C and having accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure.Order validation constitutes unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of these T&C.
Article 3 - PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those presented on the Site, subject to availability.Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the final product, particularly regarding colors.
Article 4 - PRE-ORDER
4.1 Nature of the pre-order
Orders placed on the Site constitute pre-orders. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the product "the machine" is under development and production.4.2 Expected delivery date
Deliveries are scheduled for February 2026. This date is indicative and subject to change depending on production constraints, supply issues or any other circumstance beyond the Seller's control.The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of any significant change regarding the delivery date.
Article 5 - PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs (which are calculated once the delivery address has been entered).The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 6 - PAYMENT
6.1 Payment methods
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure payment platform.6.2 Pre-order payment
The total order amount is charged at the time of pre-order validation.6.3 Payment security
Payment data is encrypted and secured. The Seller does not store any banking data.Article 7 - PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
7.1 Cancellation by the Customer
The Customer may cancel their pre-order up to 15 days before the expected shipping date. Cancellation must be notified in writing (email to: contact@multiplie.fr) indicating the order number.In case of cancellation within the deadline, the Customer will be fully refunded the amount of their order within 14 days following receipt of the cancellation request.
7.2 Cancellation after the deadline
After the 15-day deadline before shipping, no cancellation will be accepted except in cases of force majeure or exceptional agreement from the Seller.7.3 Cancellation by the Seller
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:- Non-payment
- Insurmountable production problem
- Force majeure
In this case, the Customer will be fully refunded.
Article 8 - DELIVERY
8.1 Delivery areas
Deliveries are made to Europe, United States and Canada. For any delivery outside these areas, please contact us.8.2 Delivery times
Once the product is available (expected date: February 2026), delivery time will be: - Europe: 5 to 10 business days - United States and Canada: 15 business days8.3 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination. They are indicated to the Customer before final order validation.8.4 Order receipt
The Customer must check the condition of the package and product upon receipt. Any anomaly must be reported to the carrier and the Seller within 48 hours.Article 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision in writing and return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return costs are the Customer's responsibility.
Article 10 - WARRANTIES
10.1 Legal warranty of conformity
The Seller is bound by the legal warranty of conformity mentioned in Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code.
10.2 Legal warranty against hidden defects
The Seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
10.3 Commercial warranty
In addition to legal warranties, "The Machine" product benefits from a 2-year commercial warranty from the delivery date.

Article 12 - LIABILITY
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of:
- Improper use of the product
- Non-compliance with usage instructions
- Product modification by the Customer
- Force majeure
Article 13 - PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with current regulations (GDPR). For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.
The data collected is necessary for order processing and may be transmitted to service providers involved in the ordering and delivery process.
Article 14 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 16 - FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.
Article 17 - MEDIATION
In case of dispute, the Customer can use the following free mediation service:

Mediation is only possible after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller.
Article 18 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These T&C are governed by French law.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable T&C are those in force on the day of the order.
